(Ahqaaf) 46 : 24
فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ عَارِضًا مُسْتَقْبِلَ أَوْدِيَتِهِمْ قَالُوا هَٰذَا عَارِضٌ مُمْطِرُنَا ۚ بَلْ هُوَ مَا اسْتَعْجَلْتُمْ بِهِ ۖ رِيحٌ فِيهَا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
Thus when they saw it as a gathering cloud approaching their valley, they said: This is the gathering cloud which will cause for raining to us; nay, it is what you have been hastening for, a wind, in it there is painful punishment.
